2024 SCHOLARSHIPS TO TUNISIA
APPLICATION DEADLINE: August 16, 2024
The Liberian Government, in collaboration with the Government of Tunisia, is offering five (5) scholarships in the following categories in various disciplines for the 2024/2025 Academic Year.
- Undergraduate level (2) slots with stipends;
- Masters/PhD level (3) slots without stipends;
Eligible Liberian nationals are required to email the below listed documents to the following email addresses: mehrez.bessaoudi@mesrs.tn and international@mesrs.state.tn .
Required documents:
- Two copies of high school diploma or degree certificate;
- Two copies of transcript;
- Two recent passport size photos;
- First three pages of ECOWAS-Liberian Biometric passport;
- A filled application form downloadable at (http://www.mes.tn/image.php?id=799).
Note: applicants who obtained admission must submit the following documents in (THREE SETS) to the Division of Scholarships, Ministry of Education for evaluation.
Notarized photocopies of transcript (80% or 3.0 GPA) minimum;
Notarized photocopies of the degree certificate or high school diploma;
Photocopies of birth certificate;
Photocopies of passport (ECOWAS-Liberian Biometric passport valid for at least
five years);
A VALID medical certificate (preferably, the Jorkpen Town Medical Lab, located opposite Don Bosco High School, 8 th Street, Sinkor);
Six recent white background (identical) passport size photos with the full name and nationality of the candidate written at the back of each photo;
STATEMENT OF INTENT: should cover (academic background/achievement, reason for the chosen field of study, the applicant’s potential to succeed and how this degree, when conferred, would benefit Liberia’s development process);
CV (with phone number and e-mail address clearly listed);
Two recent letters of recommendation (one professional and one academic);
Recent Police Clearance.
