2025 HEYDAR ALIYEV INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION GRANT PROGRAM – AZERBAIJAN
Call for Applications:
March 15 – May 15, 2025
The Ministry of Education of the Republic of Liberia, in partnership with the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, is pleased to announce the official call for applications for the Heydar Aliyev International Education Grant Program for the 2025–2026 academic year.
This highly esteemed scholarship program, generously funded by the Government of Azerbaijan, is designed to support outstanding international students in their pursuit of higher education in Azerbaijan.
Key Highlights of the Program:
The scholarship is awarded annually for a period of five years.
A total of 100 international students from various countries, including Liberia, will benefit from the program each year.
Each participating country may nominate up to three (3) candidates for consideration.
