One-Week Extension: Headcount Exercise for Scholarship Beneficiaries
The Ministry of Education, through its Division of Scholarships, announces a final one-week extension of the ongoing headcount exercise for all local scholarship beneficiaries.
The extended period runs from Tuesday, May 27 to Wednesday, June 4, 2025.
Beneficiaries who missed the initial schedule are urged to take full advantage of this final opportunity.
All participants must appear in person and present the following documents:
A valid Admission Letter
The most recent Semester Grade Sheet
A written Letter of Explanation clearly stating the reason for missing the earlier headcount
Failure to comply within this extended timeframe may result in the suspension of your scholarship status.
