New York City | UNGA80-GPE “Multiplying Possibility”
This week, Liberia’s Minister of Education, Dr. Jarso Maley Jallah, joined global leaders at the Global Partnership for Education’s high-level event during the UN General Assembly.
In her remarks, she highlighted how investing in education multiplies possibilities, not only for children, but for families, communities, and the nation. She shared Liberia’s progress: completing the most comprehensive Annual School Census in years, with over 91% of schools reporting, and advancing equity programs to ensure girls and vulnerable learners are not left behind.
With GPE’s support through the upcoming EXCEL Project, Liberia is poised to strengthen foundational learning, train teachers, and build systems that deliver lasting change.
The Ministry of Education stands with the GPE 2030 Replenishment Campaign, because every investment in education multiplies dignity, opportunity, and the future of our children.
