Following the launch of Liberia’s National Digital Learning Platform, the Ministry of Education has begun structured stakeholder engagement to support effective nationwide implementation.
The first engagement session brought together representatives of Parents–Teachers Associations, the National Teachers’ Association, and education stakeholders to deepen understanding of the platform and clarify their role in making it work for learners.

Discussions focused on how the platform supports early grade literacy and numeracy through digital, radio, and television lessons, and how schools, teachers, and parents can help integrate it into everyday learning, especially in communities with limited connectivity.
This engagement marks the beginning of a broader outreach across counties, ahead of full rollout. By engaging stakeholders early, the Ministry is strengthening ownership, coordination, and local support; critical to ensuring the platform delivers meaningful learning outcomes for children nationwide.
Reform works best when those closest to learners are part of the process from the start.
