Honorable Amos Armah fully is currently the Deputy Minister for Instruction at the Ministry of Education. He is a skilled executive, professional administrator, and Educator with over 30 years of experience in the field of Education Administration, Supervision, Monitoring, and Evaluation. He is a public sector expert in the development of academic strategies, development of education instruction, and human resource development.

Honorable Fully is outstanding, well-detailed, and proven educationalist with advanced experience in education institutional development, research, strategic planning, and team building.

Honorable Fully holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration and Supervision, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) Degree in Mathematics with emphasis in Secondary Education from the University of Liberia. Honorable Fully also obtained academic honors from Swaziland and China, where he was awarded certificates in Management Development Program (MDP) for Education Managers, and Seminar for Middle School Teachers from African Countries, respectively. Prior to his appointment as Deputy Minister for Instruction at the Ministry of Education, he served in several positions, such as Acting President and Dean of Academic & Student Affairs at Bomi Community College, Vice president for Academic and student affairs at the Bomi Community College, County education officer (CEO), Bomi county school system and District education officer (DEO), Bomi County School System.

He is married with 9 children. He’s fluent in English and the Gola dialect.
